All in-stock orders are shipped the next business day. Orders are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service with shipping generally taking from 2-6 business days. Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been shipped.
Orders that qualify for free shipping can only be delivered to locations in the Continental United States. We are not liable for packages that are damaged, stolen in transit, or lost. At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges are subjected to a 20% restocking fees plus shipping costs which are not refundable. Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and obviously have a shipping charge imputed into the total cost. If the order is sent with free shipping it is for that one time only, we will not repeatedly send a product for size, color or other changes for free. For all exchanges and returns, the original item must be returned unopened and a new order placed. Restocking charges apply. If the order is not free shipping, the shipping cost is also not refundable.
All returns must have RA # on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA # on the outside will be refused. Request a RA # by emailing email@example.com. Once assigned, the RA # is valid for 10 days.
Most items do not qualify for a return or exchange - Contagious disease and product tampering are alive and well.
Due to our compliance with Health and Safety laws/pharmacy/DME regulations and for the health and safety of our customers, we maintain strict security over our inventory of health products to avoid contamination or product tampering - thus most products we sell are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Be assured you will never receive a used or otherwise opened product from us. We truly regret the strictness of this policy, but require it to ensure the hygienic integrity of our warehouse and all the products we ship. It also allows us to maintain our high level of service and deeply discounted prices for the benefit of all our customers. We know you wouldn't want us to send you a used health care product or raise our prices at retail to absorb the cost of returns.
- Used or worn orthopedic soft goods, supports, braces, foot products are not eligible for return or exchange (this includes stockings, socks, hosiery, sleeves, gloves, and warmers). Contaminants, bed bugs, bacteria and other serious contagious diseases are spread very easily.
- We will only accept returns for items that are 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, stock cards, accessories and UPC label and an unbroken seal. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- There is no trial period on our medical equipment. Please do not return used (including tried on for fit), damaged or incomplete merchandise. It will only create a difficult situation and we will not refund or exchange used merchandise.
- If an exchange or return is granted, all items are inspected to ensure the aforementioned criteria applies.
