All in-stock orders are shipped the next business day. Orders are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service with shipping generally taking up to 7 business days. Tracking numbers are automatically provided once your order has been shipped.
NOTE: All in-stock orders placed after 8AM EST will ship the following business day.
Orders that qualify for free shipping can only be delivered to locations in the Continental United States. We are not liable for packages that are damaged, stolen in transit, or lost. At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping. We cannot honor special delivery instructions. Contact your shipping carrier directly to make those arrangements.
Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and obviously have a shipping charge imputed into the total cost. If the order is sent with free shipping it is for that one time only, we will not repeatedly send a product for size, color or other changes for free. For all exchanges and returns, the original item must be returned unopened and a new order placed. Restocking charges apply. If the order is not free shipping, the shipping cost is also not refundable.
